Now, why would a man who can barely talk and whom everybody knows to be unable to read want to visit the museum honoring the inventor of the printing press? I guess Karl Rove must have put it forward as a good photo-op.

IMHO, I think it's very kewl that back then we named a high school on a USAF base in Germany for Gen HH Hap Arnold..The PC police wouldn't let that one through today..
