The guy shot up Best Buy.
This a great example of how the first information out is normally not ture.
CLASSIC!
Geesh
Sheesh - I was tempted to shoot up Best Buy a couple of years ago when we tried to return a defective computer we had just bought the week before. What a hassle: they were rude, told us we had messed up the 'puter, etc. Never have shopped there again :-(
I have not had the best experiences with Best Buy.
Customer service sucks. I wasted 4 hours two days before Christmas fighting traffic (a 15 mile trip), waiting in line and arguing with the manager when I went to pick up an item for my son they said was in stock & would hold for me. When I got there they said "Don't know who told you that, we haven't had that in for a long while." I knew all the arguing would not make one appear. Even though I was diplomatic and retrained, I made sure the other customers in that line heard me. The best they could do was "Sorry!"
Of course this man should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, as he is scum. I in no way reccomend his course of action, but if his rage was towards Best Buy, I know where the his rage is coming from.
