Why isn't there a similar cry for banning communist symbols like Che Guevara shirts?
from what I read, the Soviet communists (Stalin e.a.) killed up to 60 million, the Chinese communists (Mao e.a.) up to 40 million and the German national socialists (Hitler e.a.) up to 20 million.
Che's PR people were better.
ANSWER: About 60 years.
The way things are headed, in Europe 60 years from now, everyone will be wearing a burka to a costume party! (unless parties are condemned as un-islamic;)
just making a point, nothing more{grin}
"QUESTION: What's the difference between the German NAZI's and todays Moslems?
ANSWER: About 60 years."
Yes - some Muslim movements had close ties to the Nazis. The founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, Hasam al Banna, was an ardent admirer of Adolf Hitler. When Hitler came to power in the 1930s he had Nazi intelligence make contact with al-Banna to see if they could work together.
Hitler had al-Banna establish a spy network for Nazi Germany throughout Arabia.
Al-Banna promised Hitler that when Gen. Rommels Nazi tank division arrived in Cairo and Alexandria, the Muslim Brotherhood would ensure all of the British troops would be killed.
Another prominent member of the Muslim Brotherhood was the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem. He was the organizations representative in Palestine. He was a principal organizer of the 1920 Bloody Passover massacre of Jews who were praying at Jerusalems Wailing Wall.
Following a failed attempt to create a Nazi uprising in Iraq, the Grand Mufti fled to Europe to organize international Arab forces for the Third Reich disguised as SS divisions.
After the Second World War, in the 1950's, Egypt expelled many members of the Muslim Brotherhood, who took refuge in Saudi Arabia, where they became religious instructors.
Hamas is a subdivision of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Another Arab party which took its inspiration from the Nazis was the Baath party (which rules Syria today and ruled Iraq under Saddam Hussein). The Baath party was founded in Syria, during the Second World War, when France was under the control of the Vichy government (the French controlled Syria). The Baath party was a kind of clone of the Nazi and Fascist parties, using very similar methods and adapting a very similar ideology.
Odd. Shouldn't they actually teach their populace about the horrors perpetuated by the Nazi's before they ban the symbols?
The Brits need to face the fact that the royals are a bunch of twits who given half a chance can be expected to make fools of themselves. In this country we have Chelsey Clinton and the Hollywood crowd who fill the same role.
Get real. When I see Hillary on TV often I'll rise and give her a nazi salute. It was a gag. Get over it.
Here in America I am watching the tsunami aid concert. Hollywood is asking us to give more to the muslims countries who suffered the most. America has helped, not just with money but with actual boots on the ground. Yet we are being told to get out, that we cannot fly over their lands anymore, that we are the devil and we should all be killed.
We are at war with a enemy far worse then Nazi Germany. The western nations have been fighting this enemy for 1400 years. These people will not rest untill we are all dead or are bowing to their false god.
And as usual the MSM is attacking white christians, Harry is a idiot. The best thing to do to him is to ignore him, but the MSM will make such a fuss out of this that he will become big news. Many white Bible believers are getting feed up and stuff like this will only fuel the flames.
We are fighting a enemy that is over one billion strong who are intent on killing every last one of us and we are raising more money to give them but they dont want our help just our money. Chrissy matthews just said 6% of the money goes to overhead and the other 94% goes directly to the people. Yeah right!
"Somehow 60 years from now I suspect there will be people getting worked up when someone wears a burka to a costume party."
Last year I saw a girl wearing a burka at a Purim [Jewish holiday] party. I thought it was clever.
