Why does this crap always happen here in Texas?

For the people on this thread screaming for the death penalty, I would ask them if they believe there is such a thing as "not guilty of murder by reason of insanity" because this probably qualifies. Some mental illnesses truly disavow responsibility from somebody's actions at the time.

You bet...not guilty by reason of insanity. 3 years ago next month a guy (Jason Weed) killed my Son in Law in Tulsa. The experts claimed he was nut's, got him off on an insanity plea. Soon after the hearing the s.o.b. recovered from insanity (without drugs or Dr Phil) and has been screaming to get out of the facility ever since. NICE HUH?
Now every 3-6 months my family has to show up in Federal Court to watch the circus. The experts now say they have never seen a case of someone recovering from INSANITY like this and Jason is indeed sane! The experts from Harvard won't buy that he faked his illness to get off. For me I guess your statement happens, but until you have been victimized by the Mental Health Wackos I wouldn't be too quick to judge folks who scream for the death penalty. Beats hearing my granddaughter scream for her Daddy. Do a web search for Jason WEED to verify that my post is accurate...or I would be glad to send the articles via e-mail.
