Back in the late 90s (97-99) there were a string of highschoolers that OD'd on heroin. 11 in 97 alone. As far as I know of the situation, it is still going strong.

A bit coincidental, don't you think, that the drug of choice for a very affluent suburb is one of the worlds most expensive. Over 500 bucks for a gram of heroin. Makes sense to me.

I always did hate PESH. Buncha rich, spoiled, drug addicts.

I don't see how this incident has anything to do w/ PESH and the drug scene back in highschool. And not everyone in Plano is rich and spoiled. I went to school w/ some of the kids that OD'd on heroin and it is a tragedy. I was even friends with a few of them and these guys lived in lower income neighborhoods. BTW Plano is not the only place where drugs are abused. Have you been to LA, Miami, NY, and every other major city in the US??? And who doesn't experience a little w/ drugs in High School?

Anyways, what a sad story this is. I've said my prayers for that poor baby and it breaks my heart to hear stories like this.
