In that case it was probably made in 2001.

Historically when Arabs feel they are losing, they bluster the most. This is the best indication that they are impotent to ACT, otherwise they wouldn't feel the need to threaten.

Take comfort in the release of a new communication, if they could, they would be communicating in a very different manner.
