I said the same thing when he was doing this in another photo. They must think people are absolute idiots.
I said it before and I'll say it again. I didn't think it was possible to dislike someone more than I dislike the Clintons, but Kerry made it possible.
Ah, yes, brings back memories of my childhood, playing baseball on the tarmac of Pueblo Memorial Airport.
There was a poll linked on here within the last couple of days that had data from about a zillion questions and one of them was "Who do you think is the better athlete". The response was something like 59-41 --- Kerry ---
I can't make this stuff up, I'm not that bright.
What I can say is that Kerry's campaign has been "something for everyone". Both sides of every issue and a pose for every sport known to mankind.
And given the overall stupidity of the American public, apparently, it works. Anyone that has ever seen "W" throw out the first pitch at a baseball game knows who the better athlete is but when all you ever seen is Kerry with a ball in his hand (go ahead, have fun with that one), well, the knuckleheads that sit around and watch the alphabet news commercials they believe it.
..... and before we have a discussion about whether or not the American public is generally stupid .....
Exhibit A: Elected Clinton
Exhibit B: Re-elected Clinton
Exhibit C: Gore won the popular vote (maybe ... fraud?)
case closed.
Who have you ever seen playing catch -- with a baseball, a football, anything on the tarmac of an airport?
I've noticed that, too. And I always wonder how many planes are forced into a holding pattern or delayed for take-off while this dork re-enacts Wide World of Sports.
I gave up trying to figure out the Kerry/Heinz Bunch months ago. They make the Osborne's look like a functional family.
