Craig Fitzhugh and the Democrats have gone beyond the scope of even their own hatred by accusing Bush voters of being less intelligent and in their words "retarded," but more importantly using mentally challenged kids as political fodder.

Dyersburg, TN- Today, Republican nominee for State House District 82, Dave Dahl, denounced a flyer distributed by Democrat State Representative Craig Fitzhugh that attacks Bush voters and mocks those who are mentally challenged (flyer included). “Hard-ball politics is one thing and everyone expects tough battles, but using those who are born with mental disabilities for political fodder is disgusting,” said Dave Dahl on Monday from his campaign office in Dyersburg.

The 'RATS got a THREE-fer with that one. In one swoop they managed to offend Bush, Bush voters and the mentally handicapped.

Imagine that. The Democrats take a poke at the mentally
handicapped like that and then blame the Republicans.

Stuff like that makes me wonder how anybody could vote
for ANY Democrat.

I'll have a warm and fuzzy feeling around 8 a.m. tomorrow
when I pull the switch with my straight ticket GOP vote.

I have concluded that I am not likely to ever speak with anyone I know who votes for Kerry. It was bad enough when they voted for Clinton...the excuse being that they thought it was Republican dirty tricks! Sheesh! If my friends who are democrat are that ignorant and blind, I prefer not knowing them anymore!

Fitzhugh was also interviewed by Memphis talk show host, who is also a resident of Covington, Fitzhugh's home town.

I do believe that he had nothing to do with it, but no one yet knows who did.
I just hope they find the sorry SOB that made them.

I said that before the convention because the response he got when he came to the Twin Cities was so exceptional! I had never seen anything like that and I figured that anyone who got that much natural enthusiasm from a generally liberal crowd was on the track to a big win. I hope you are right, Meek. I hope our instincts on this are good. I hope the Democrats who don't like Kerry just stay home if they aren't going to vote for the President.

I just sent an e-mail to Rep. Fitzhugh, thanking him for his contribution to the reelection of President Bush. It was quite wordy, and sarcastic. He will have no difficulty understanding what I really meant.
