here Looks like the state Department has removed the live link -- or moved it.
The Press release from 1998 on bin Laden's indictment was straightforward. It said al Qaeda and Iraq were working together sepcifically for weapons development. That means WMD.

I had the direct link to the Justice Department's indictment against OBL which mentioned his connections with Saddam but you are correct...it's been removed from the web site and no longer available.
I'll add your link to my list.

Look at the first item in the chart. The State Department removed the old link (only archives three years, I think) but they reissued the press release in 2004, which is what I used for a link. It's the original press release with a preface.
I've tried to pull interesting extracts from the articles, but if one reads the full articles, it paints a very damning picture.
