There are growing indications that Iran may be planning an attack on American soil. These indicators are not secret — they appear in speeches, newspaper articles, TV programs, and sermons in Iran by figures linked to the supreme leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and other government officials, all discussing potential Iranian attacks on America, which will subsequently lead to its destruction.

I still have trouble believing that they'd rant so confidently about destroying America

Doesn't seem logical, to me.

Anyway, if they're hell bent on being our enemies, by supporting terrorists, and working on nuclear weapons, then they may as well try and take the initiative and hit us first. I guess Iran is a little giddy with all their Nukes...all/most of which are imaginary. But, Hey, that got all those warriors who are ready to die for their faith and country. All we have is a highly trained Armed Forces that is dedicated to the ideal of the other guy dying. Perfect fit.
