How many million (billion ?) dollars has Viacom lost since say, last Tuesday's stock price?

1.73 billion shares outstanding (accordign to Schwab). Monday 9/13 opening price was 35.54 and the current price is 34.81, so $1.26 billion of value has disappeared since Monday's opening bell.

Last Tuesday's price was $34.60, so it has gone up slightly since then.

Fox just mentioned that the statement is late. They don't know why.

Please call Dan Rather's office at CBS and ask them where the noon statement on the memo's is. 212 975 3691
I called. The man who answered said:

"I'm not sure. The show starts at 6:00. You can watch it then!"

Click.

1.26 billion lost in three days.

Sobering.

A hurricane is what? 2-3 billion lost, max?

And, as somebody pointed out above, people are buying too, hoping it will rise after Rather is fired!
