caucasian/celtic population
Hi SEowulf --> Celts ARE Caucasians, of the branch of Caucasian known as Indo-Europeans/Aryans. Other Caucasian branches are the SEmitic and Dravidian branches. Other branches of the Aryan family are Slavic, Indic, Irani, Latin, Greek etc.

Yes, Celts are Caucasian. I just didn't want to sound like I was saying Celtic to the exclusion of other Caucasians.
Based on language (if you define a Caucasian as being someone who is descended from speakers of Proto-Indo-European), I don't believe Semites are would be included. Semitic languages are not related.
