In fact, while they are pushing hard to get the initiative on the ballot, they are also preparing to challenge it legally – IF it doesn’t work out in their favor (ie- Kerry wins). So the Democrats are for this iniative but planning to challenge against it? Makes perfect sense to me. I live in Florida and I've seen it before.
