Yes, you're right but she did not have the answer and Chris obviously does not know, as usual. I do not have those details myself and will read the book as soon as I get my hands on a copy. But I did not think it was a gunshot wound. Mathews is disgusting in his inability to probe for the truth and actual try and absorb the information. After tonight's performance by him I think he should get kicked in the arse himself!

Matthews, Thurlow should have called you a "Punk" and a "Smart Ass" for your badgering of him tonight. He's got more courage than you'll ever have.
And to top it off, you haven't even read "Unfit for Command" I guess YOU don't have any "first hand" knowledge of the book, just like you claim Mr. Thurlow doesn't have first hand knowledge of Kerry's exploits.

Chris knew what he was doing.He was trying to set up a stawman the same way he did with Thurlow. Malkin was to dimwitted to reply. She is like Hannity she can't think on her feet.
In the next segment he started trying to imply she said he shot himself on purpose.
I wish someone for proof Kerry was shot as Max keep saying.Kerry has never claimed he was shot.
They were fighting over a misunderstanding: Matthews asked
her if she was saying that Kerry
shot himself "on purpose," Malkin
was saying his wounds were "self-inflicted." These are not the same terms.
Malkin was referring to the possibility that Kerry's wounds were the product of his own incompetence with weapons, not that he deliberately wounded hmself to get a Purple Heart.
What was worse was Mathew's ability to get her confused about "self-inflicted" and shooting oneself. Bad.
The whole RATmedia has it. It is screaming like stuck pigs and it cannot get away from it.
I just watched the 11pm est. rerun. What a POC Matthews is. He knows damn well she never claimed it was "on purpose". The book states his wound was "self inflicted". Maybe it was an accident, but still self inflicted. I have suffered many self inflicted wounds. None on purpose. Tree limbs falling across the bridge of my nose most recently. About knocked me out cold. 1/4 gaping cut between the eyes. Purely accidental.
You got it right, the key word was SHOT and sissy/chrisy knew if he kept harping and interrupting he could get by with it!
