The implication is that the poles last shifted sometime just prior to or at the end of the last ice age. You don't have to buy the idea, but it is interesting and Pyongyang would have been at one of the prime temple sites in the prior coordinate system when the north pole was in Hudson Bay.

I have 'warmed' quite a bit to this idea as compared to the first time you mentioned it to me years ago.
