Tonga changed it's constitution last year, limiting free speach. Anything spoken against the gov't can be considered sedition.

Oh, thanks for the clarification... are there other restrictions as well, for instance, religion? I became interested in the area because Samoa was in the news recently, and from what I read, Samoa is a very religious and Christian area.
