AFP is the same group of reporters who just happened to go out on a raid with other "insurgents" and brought down the DHL cargo plane, and probably more. The names of those who filmed this are known, has the Army or the Iraqi Police talked with them?
To: Skooz
Strike the rugs, too. Persians are not Arabs.

After reading this, the words Daisy Cutter bombs keeps coming to mind. I suggest leaflets be dropped as a warning and then, boom! That will get the attention of these pigs...

I think we are talking about muslim culture in general, not just arabs. Plus, many "Persian" rugs are actually produced in countries other than Iran.

The last paragraph implies that something's in the works.Brig Gen Mark Kimmitt and Paul Bremor's Senior Advisor Dan Senor were just on FOX. The general said the response will be deliberate, precise, and overwhealming. These actions will not go unpunished (there was no timeline).

How disgraceful and disrespectful can we be? US Citizens are allowed to be dismembered and thrown to the dogs!? It is beyond 'unacceptable' to allow this to happen. It's not as if we don't have any US military or support in the area....
Apparently being a US Citizen doesn't mean shit outside our borders. And being one inside the borders means you pay for leeches from the democrats and illegal aliens.
The Romans knew the value of citizenship. Our government sucks right now.

Most everything points to a huge cordon operation. The Iraqi police are needed for interrogation, so we are organizing that. Fallujah is bounded by a river to the west, the famous bridge probably being over that river, with four major roads out. Ten mile perimeter. There's probably a vehicular checkpoint net around it now. There will be runners and those are probably being engaged or captured now by the outer cordon. We want them to run. The coming house to house search will turn up thousands of weapons.

Now I'm curious if the Arabs have invented anything positive at all. Coffee?

He's a lame duck who wants to be Secretary of State, so he'll be a pansy and be diplomatic and we'll get the expected results.

Now I'm curious if the Arabs have invented anything positive at all. They learned how to wipe their a$$ with their left hands; it's still a tradition in some places.

Yes, the general stated that they are forming a plan to pacify Fallujah and several other sore spots in Iraq.
To: Eurotwit
"An agreement has been negotiated with the occupation forces to lift the siege of Fallujah and to withdraw.... and then we will turn Fallujah into the Ground Zero of Iraq.

They just called our bluff.
And now that we've folded, our military and civilian people over there are in for a long, hot bloody spring and summer.

Desecration of the dead is the lowest form of behavior. It doesn't get any worse. This is a clear indication of the barbarity and sub-human savagery which is a trademark of this part of the world.
It took a ruthless thug like Saddam Hussein to rule over and organize these people. He was their leader for a reason. Now we've removed him. Sadly, we're way too civilized and naive to bring order to these people. They don't want democracy or any of our western ways. They want their wild-eyed mullahs spewing hatred and death from their pulpits in the mosques.
We have no business being in this place but now we're there we have to see it out. It's a tragedy that so many Americans have to die for these lost souls. One day, in the Lord's good time, Christanity will reign in the hearts of men and holy missonaries will go forth and evangelize and convert these heathens. Until then, we're best out of this cess pit.

Persia = Iran.
All others are called Oriental rugs. Afghanistan, India, China, Pakistan etc.
To: americanbychoice2
Persia = Iran. Really? Are you sure? Really?
The rug dealer we bought ours from (who immigrated from Lebanon in the 1970s) used the term "Persian rug" as a generic. "Lessee, thees Pershon rog was made een Pakistan; thees Pershon rog was made een Iran....."
