And what, exactly is my real position?
As I am tired of typing, here's some of my Radical "Mexifornia" ideas from another thread...
"Bush's plan, what little I have heard and read of it, seems OK to start. However, I would hope to see more "Employer Enforcement" such as, increased penalties for hiring non-"Blue" or "Green" Card holding workers. I further think it is the height of folly to allow non-citizens (let alone Illegal Immigrants) access to "Welfare State" benefits, such as Reduced College Tuition, free Medical Care, Food Stamps, et al.
I would also like to see the employer of a "Blue" card holder be responsible for ALL infrastructure demands of that worker, e.g. if the EMPLOYER doesn't provide health insurance, WORKER gets in an auto accident, the EMPLOYER is responsible for any unpaid Medical or Liability Insurance Bills or claims.
What I am saying is these folks ain't going anywhere, I don't care how many guns you got. So bluster away, vote Democrat, Libertarian, Know Nothing Pary and the Future just gets here quicker. I'm sticking with El Jefe Bush!"
"If you vote Democrat or Third Party because you're mad at Bush for trying to do something, the future just gets here faster. Of course, some of these "Guest Workers" might just NOT be in favor of Abortion on demand and Gay Marriage and be pro-family, but you're going to show those RINO's, right?"
"I think the idea of a "guest worker" program is just peachy. It will shut up, once an for all the "There ain't no jobs, I've looked" crowd. And it will quantify it. Of course the Unions are the ones that are going to really get slammed by this provision."
