Captured at 8 PM Iraq time per FNC. Pres will speed at noon eastern. Cancelleing his visit to church (partially bad weather but also to continue to gather information).
Tony Blair first world leader to publically confirm the arrest. Chirac says he's "delighted" at the arrest of Saddam. After he's had a good long hard cry I suspect.LOL
