He said 5 or 6 times "I voted to get Saddam." I suppose this vote was sometime after he returned from Viet Nam. That wasn't made clear. He did say the problem was North Korea and it wasn't handled properly.
If his policies had been followed, Saddam would have been captured weeks ago. ........ Kerry is an American Eneemy.
