I would give a years pay for an opportunity to slap that long faced punk John Kerry John Effin' Kerry and a horse sat down next to each other at a bar.
The bartender says to John Effin' Kerry, "Hey, why the long face?"

Death rattle of the Democrat party. Let us hope this follows. The Democrat Party is now the greatest, contemporary threat to our national security. Only when Hitlery is captured, along with Blather, Brokenjaw and Squire Jennings can we be truly safe!

In about 15 minutes, a news conference will be held with some soldiers involved in Saddam's capture.
It sounds as though you will miss it due to church commitments, but I'm sure it will be replayed over and over.
Kudos to our brave, beloved troops!

In California we get elated when it gets at or below $1.50. It was amazing the positive comments yesterday from other drivers filling up at the Costco. One clown had an impeach Bush sticker on. He got so much flack, he left without filling up.
The two faced sob, also had a "No War for Oil" sticker. I told him to fill his frigging van up with sea water and leave the gasoline for the rest of us. Then a black guy with military sticker on his vehicle really lit into him. The black guy was about 6'4" and built like you know what. After that interchange, the creep got into his vehicle and left. Several of us clapped and laughed at him as he left.

There will be more fighting, there will be more attacks with continued US soldiers killed, this war may last 25 years or more.
Both will be minimul in comparison to other conflicts but both will continue.

From palace to spider-hole
[ SUNDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2003 07:31:02 PM ]

BAGHDAD : Saddam Hussein's capture ends a US hunt for the man who ruled the oil state with an iron fist and launched two regional wars before being ousted by US-led forces in April. US forces found Saddam, dirty and sporting a greying beard and hiding in a cellar on Saturday near his hometown of Tikrit. Until then he had been as elusive as al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden and Taliban leader Mullah Omar.
war with a March 20 air raid intended to kill Saddam, 66, and decapitate the Baathist state he had forged in blood, iron and oil money. But he escaped and disappeared from public view after US forces stormed into Baghdad on April 9. From hiding, he kept up a flow of defiant taped messages, aired by Arab media, urging Iraqis to fight US-led occupation forces. One passionate Saddam message surfaced after his sons Uday and Qusay were killed by US forces on July 22. The United States justified its war by saying Saddam had weapons of mass destruction and had defied UN Security Council resolutions ordering him to disarm after his defeat in the 1991 Gulf war. Washington said he sponsored global terrorism. Troops occupying Iraq have yet to prove those charges, but many of the brutalities of his rule have been exposed, such as mass graves holding thousands of his murdered foes, especially rebellious Kurds and Shi'ite Muslims. After using his skills as a street fighter and conspirator to get his Baath party into power in a 1968 coup, Saddam built a terrifying grip on Iraq despite wars, uprisings, coup plots and assassination attempts.
