No one should be allowed in the United States armed forces, unless they are a U.S. citizen. Period.

Here is a link to a hero who your dumb rule would have prevented from serving the United States.

You have to forgive waterstraat. Sometimes people type something without engaging their brain

You didnt give a link, but no matter. I didnt say immigrants and naturalized citizens could not serve, I said citizens of other countries should not be in our armed forces. If you have an example of someone who did well, then he still could have done well AFTER he gained his citizenship.

I am totally against foreigners who are still citizens of other countries in our military, I dont want an Iraqi citizen in our military next to an american soldier when we invade Iraq, I dont want Mexican citizens in our army guarding our mexican border, I dont want german citizens among our troops when we were in europe fighting the nazies, I dont want to rely on any citizen of any other country when we invade his country and start shooting at his relatives.

I dont like mercenaries at all. I dont want citizens from middle eastern countries guarding our facilities and our military bases against middle east terrorism.

If martial law is ever declared in this country, I dont want foreigners/citizens of other countries who dont understand our Bill of Rights and our right to bear arms being any part of an occupation force over here.

Why do you have a problem with requiring that a foreigner first get his citizenship papers, and first learn about our government and our bill of rights before we let him in the army?

If you are a foreigner who is over here, and want to be in our army, then get your citizenship papers first. If you dont want American citizenship, then forget it, you cant get in.

He is insinuating that I am saying that Rescorla would not have been a hero or served as well if he had been a US citizen. ??????? Where does that come from? Bizarre logic.
