Years and years of neglect and sensory deprivation have taken a toll on Terri. It's ironic that trolls now point to her limited responsiveness -- to the very damage Michael has done to her -- as if that justifies him finishing her off. He should be the one locked away.
I have boundless hope for Terri, but she must have care, she must have love, she must see the sun. I wish we could all be there to give her that kitten. Michael Schiavo's hold must be broken and his appalling cruelty to her must be ended.
Amen to that; it is indeed ironic and 'angrifying', if I might make up a word. This is so sad, these YEARS of neglect! Yes, I would love to see Terri freed to go "home for the holidays", if that is what her family wanted. . . I want to see her out again.
