You seem to believe that they've always had access to Michael's private life....I find that hard to believe considering they have no access to their daughter's. In the beginning they believed he loved her and they didn't pursue any information to the contray. Why would they?

But either the Schindlers don't want to use it, or it's not true. Personally I feel it's not true, because it's been 13 years and all we really have is an accusation from someone who is suddenly "not at liberty" to say any more.

Have you considered the possibility that it is true but they don't have proof that a court would consider? Think about this...there are two women who have come forward, both have been harrassed,they're so afraid they sign affidavits but won't go to court...now we have a woman with 1 or 2 children and no one hears a word from her (and you wonder why??)

I read the news article (Tampa Trib, 5/10/01). It refers to Capone's "statements" (not clear whether this means statements in affidavit, and where IS that affidavit?)

We have seen affidavits of nurses on terrisfight.org. Affidavits of doctors. I see no mention of Ms. Capone on terrisfight.org.

It may be so, that MS has other children. Wouldn't surprise me. But where are these people who say they know? Where is Capone's affidavit? If the Schindlers aren't making an issue of it, perhaps they have good reason. The child's privacy and peace, if a child there is? Or the legal consequences to the people who made false claims, if there isn't a child?

I am very leery of unsubstantiated rumor, and this one has been unsubstantiated for about thirteen years. I am very leery, too, of people who are at liberty to say something one day, and not at liberty to say it the next day.

If I have made some unaccountable omission and Capone's affidavit is floating around, please give me a link.

As to reading a document with Pearse's findings (not just articles) I don't know where to find them. I am searching.

The beginning of the article in question defines the statements to which it is referring; hence, it is "understood" that that definition applies to the rest of the article in question, i.e., the statements to which it is referring when writing their article are "Trudy Capone's sworn statements."

Maybe I'm not one of those, but I've tried. I can't find any documentation of births or child support. Neither has anyone else. There's no hint of these children (prior to Centonze's involvement with MS) on terrisfight.org. The court documents are said to be public record. If so, these children aren't mentioned in court.

There's no hint of these children (prior to Centonze's involvement with MS) on terrisfight.org.

Terrisfight.org is the main site for Terri but it is not the only source available. Are you saying that if it's not posted there, it is not true? There are many records and interviews not listed on that site..but they exist.

The court documents are said to be public record. If so, these children aren't mentioned in court.

I don't know whether or not you have tried to find records through your own research, but not all records are available to the public. Gee, I want to sue because Michael's SSN was crossed out and I have a right to know.

As I said earlier, not all of the info was available to the Schindlers from the beginning..now they are limited as to what they can present.

Hennessy referred to marketing materials distributed by Felos in which he lists some of the professional and social organizations in which he holds membership.
