Saundra.. all the hand wringing is unseemly. Most of the fiscal matters are being headed up by Conservatives, and that's what's most important. No matter what, it's going to be better than what we had before. At least wait until he actually DOES something.

No matter what, it's going to be better than what we had before.Well, that's probably true but I'm still not happy with this appointment. FOR GOD'S SAKE - she's a friggin' friend of Teddy Kennedy!!!!!!!!!

Oh no, here we go again. So what is it Saundra, do you respect Schwarzenegger, as you have previously posted, or because he appointed a faithful friend to his cabinet do you hate him again?
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
I can't get enough of this story. Makes me have even more respect for Schwarzenegger.

I am THRILLED that Schwarzenegger is reaching out to McClintock. Why not make the best of it and get on with rebuilding California?
I see no point in holding on to the past. McClintock lost and Arnold won. End of story. I hope Schwarzenegger does a great job for California!!

it's going to be better than what we had before. At least wait until he actually DOES something. So true. This is exactly why Arnold was the only choice. If he succeeds we can point to him as an example of how Rebublicans solve problems. If he fails we can point to appointments such as this to prove he wasn't really one of us.
To: Hildy
He did something already. He turned up in Washington, arm in arm with Dianne Frankenstein to lobby for an extension to the assault rifle ban.
The Terminator just terminated himself in my estimation.
Personally, I hope Kalifornia does as poorly under the Terminator as it did under Gay Davis.

Good gravy, he appointed someone he's known for 25 years - who happens to be a liberal.
I can't believe the anti Arnolds are still crying wolf.
