I might have agreed with you but Greer is said to have used his 'poor' eyesight many times as an excuse to not review videsos or other evidence from the family.

It all too possible that the judge didn't accurately read the data due to his visual impairment.

Since the Sheeples Republic of FloriDUH has become a nationwide laughing stock due to the state supreme court having to be corrected twice in a row by the US supreme court, perhaps Gov. Bush will relieve this caracature of "Blind Justice" from the bench.

As far as I am concerened, there are real world limits to what the "handicapped" can achieve. Their "rights" end when they can't perform the job description - and Judge Greer's blindness is a clear example of why the handicapped, oops, pardon me - the "differently able'ed" are sometimes not going to be fulfill the job description.

How would you like to have your assets, part of your remaining years, or even your existance being judged by a judge who personified "Blind Justice".

The blind don't sit in cockpits, and shouldn't sit on a court's bench. But in the Sheeples Republic of FloriDUH, they do.
