Trump needs to invade Chicago like Patton’s 3rd Army along with DEA, ATF, FBI (the good ones) and DoJ (the good ones) and clean house.

I think you’re a bit optimistic. The number of “good ones” in the named agencies wouldn’t be enough to man a infantry platoon.
