No, that ticket won't go anywhere in a large majority of the mid and upper west and a huge majority of the southern states.

Look at the number of Electoral Votes the Dems get right out of the box ... 220 - 230. All of New England, most if not all of the Mid-Atlantic states, all the west coast, etc...
Trump will be starting off with a huge deficit in EV’s.
With Bite-Me at the top of the ticket, the Dems will probably get Penn, Michigan, and Wisconsin ... and maybe Ohio. With that ... game over.
Groppy Joe will be seen as a “centrist” compared to Mrs. Bill Clinton.
2018 showed us that (1) voters are Bat S*#t crazy, (2) Voter fraud wins virtually all the time, (3) When a party appears to care less about winning (Repubs), they will lose.
