Nope, it will be Joe Biden, and he will choose Hillary Clinton. After the election she will do a Vince Foster on the old man who hugs girls, and she ends up as PRESIDENT..1st woman.
Keeping it real, there are some decent potential candidates in the second tier. But I doubt they’ll choose someone with policies that aren’t off the rails.
