I know I did.
There was a school of thought that voting for Obama (or just not voting at all) would grease the skids to national collapse where a return to sanity afterwards might have been achieved, but...I wasn't there.
I still am not. I still have hope.

That was back when most FReepers still believed that there would be a short, but victorious, civil war with minimal bloodshed and would just basically be a bunch of people marching to DC and then the government agreeing that it had gone too far. Those were very naive days around here.
