ADDISON — Texas Sen. Ted Cruz said Thursday that cities should not get rid of Confederate statues and monuments in order to "sanitize history."
"I don't think we should go through and simply try to erase from history prior chapters, even if they were wrong," Cruz said during a news conference. "But I think that's a decision each community has to make. ... I suspect different communities will approach this decision differently."
President Donald Trump said Thursday that he was disappointed with the removal of Confederate monuments, saying on Twitter that the nation's cities were losing some of their beauty.....

It is not just Confederates. Ultimately all memorials to anything that happened or even existed before the present must be expunged, even to gravestones. It is already gone from education. The monuments are a postscript. When there are no reminders of history the next step, already in progress, is the fabrication of a brief history of the Progressive Advent to total power. It is the Communist way. it is the Moslem way. If the serfs do not know there is a past then they do not know that the promises of their overlords are impossible and always lead to failure and death. The Left means to be the only source for information and for history. The cleansing of the internet is well begun as more and more “inappropriate” voices are denied access or walled off.
Is antifa some sort of protected species? What is with not calling them out as Mr. Trump did? (And how does my Kindle know when I want to use the word President?)

His mind seems to be made up. He joins the Left in blaming Trump every time there is Alt-Left violence and doesn’t even consider that Trump just may be right once in the while.
Hopefully we can replace him with someone better in 2018.

I don’t know of any formidable opponents running against cRuz, for 2018.
I have not seen Trump wrong yet.

Never. Well except maybe way back during the campaign, when he was on the wrong side of a real-estate issue regarding eminent domain.
But other than that, I have NEVER seen him on the wrong side.

I didn’t support Cruz back during the election, because he (along with almost everyone else) seems to be firmly in the globalist bandwagon.
That is why, North Korea is now such a huge problem. Because so many have been so busy, selling American manufacturing capabilities to China (and other places)
Trump said we need to be for America once again.
It has been more than one entire generation, since anyone has said that. Globalists are completely in control, of Washington.
Trump however, is for America.
Finally, we have a president who is for America first.
Even a lot of people in our own party, are a big part of the problem.
Scary thought.
Ted lambasted Donald for merely saying “both side had bad people.”
Now, after even NBC News shows that to be true, he is trying to “make nice.”
