Democratic lawmakers are suing President Donald Trump over foreign money flowing into his global business empire.
Almost 200 senators and representatives are plaintiffs in a lawsuit alleging Trump is violating the so-called emoluments clause of the Constitution. It's being filed early Wednesday in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the lawmakers said.
The plaintiffs argue they have standing to sue because the clause says only Congress may approve foreign gifts and payments.....

What kind of law suit is this ? Sounds like class action. What’s the complaint ? 200 unnamed plaintiffs ? Congress members and Senators ? Reporting source AP DC office comes out with attack on Trump with no specifics and ABC California picks it up.

The very instant the Lawsuit is filed, AG Sessions and the DOJ should immediately file Criminal Charges for Improper Payments made to Obama and Company, Podesta, Hillary, Lynch, Comey,...
Congress did not Approve these payments either, ARREST, PROSECUTE, Civil Asset Forfeiture.
Well, of course not - because you might not be friendly enough to the concept that such endeavors are too difficult for the percentage of the population who votes for a living to emulate. :)
