I know on Free Republic you need to keep the title the same, but when you share links, you should put the congressman’s name in the title. People won’t know who the person is if you just write “congressman.” When I share links on Twitter, I always put the politician’s name in the tweet, because the person won’t get heat if people don’t know their name.
