Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign spokesman Tuesday night called the information in a New York Times report — which said intercepted phone calls showed that officials of Donald Trump's campaign had repeated contacts with Russian intelligence officials — a "colossal scandal."

Brian Fallon, the Clinton campaign's press secretary, said on Twitter that the report, posted online Tuesday night by The New York Times, proved "everything we suspected during the campaign."(continued)

Officials also cited political sensitivities. Prominent Americans in and out of government are so frequently in communication with foreign officials that singling out one individual — particularly one poised for a top White House job — would invite charges of political persecution.
Former U.S. officials also said aggressive enforcement would probably discourage appropriate contact. Michael McFaul, who served as U.S. ambassador to Russia during the Obama administration, said that he was in Moscow meeting with officials in the weeks leading up to Obama’s 2008 election win.
“As a former diplomat and U.S. government official, one needs to be able to have contact with foreigners to do one’s job,” McFaul said.

The Clintons ties to Russia have been ignored for too long. The infamous Russian uranium deal occurred during President Obama’s administration....but, of course, Obama knows nothing about it (/sarc).

The New York Times reported the Clintons' connections thusly: "Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal." Plus Bill Clinton pocketed $500,000 from a Moscow investment bank for a brief speech.

The NYT and Washington Post never reported about Pravda's headline: “Russian Nuclear Energy Conquers the World.” Imagine if a Republican State Department approved such a deal?

In addition, Hillary's campaign chairman, acting as "The Podesta Group" lobbied on behalf of Uranium one, after most of it was owned by Russia.

The Clintons have to explain these reports: “As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation.”

Listening from Japan to a local (hometown in Texas) radio online, the lies are still flowing through :/ (and it’s a Fox (faux) news radio talk station:p).... I can hear the hate in the Fox news female speaker, can’t remember her name..).. but what p!ssed me off more, is that the DJ(s) there are about as smart as a rock. Some woman named Kris something, or another, sound about 90 years old and as educated as a stepped on ant O.o ... They take call-ins and many, if not most, are talking about the things/problems/corruption that are printed here by the minute.
She hums and haws (with a terrible drawl that is = to hollyweird version) and has NO clue what is going on in the political world.

Kris (btw, bio says she is from Kentucky, if I remember right), said, on air, that Texas, and the rest of the USA needs more gun regs!!! (but, she stated that she didn’t know what gun regs.. she is clueless!)..

I have been DJ at 2 radio stations (with FCC license.. been a couple of decades long gone), both in Texas.. and neither as stupid as this Kentuk chick... WTF is she on air for?!

What p!sses me off more, is that they have a ‘bad’ habit of cutting off/out conservative voice (they kill or screw with the radio output .. (they will say mistake, but happens almost every night for me.. day for you).

IF I was back in the states, back in my hometown, I would definitely try to get on mike to replace Kris whatever her name is.. she is terrible.

PLEASE contact the radio station and ask to replace her.. like I said, just listen ‘it will only take less than 20 minutes).

IF/WHEN I go back to the states, I now know which job I will attempt to go to. (I think my FCC license is still valid).
