Although at least from what I have read of it his voter fraud case was weak. Is there any evidence of voters being bused from Massachusetts into New Hampshire other than “everybody knows it happens” ? Doesn’t New Hampshire even have a tough new voter ID law ? Not sure how this is even possible now on a large scale.
There is a video of voter fraud in NH captured by Veritas media on the Gateway Pundit today.
Could you imagine him in argument with Ginsberg? Or even Kennedy? They are going to say screw this, I am done.
SCOTUS BABY!!!
I’m not sure how it’s possible, either. Two quick hits:
Election Day, 4 cars with MA plates pulled into the parking lot at Town Hall ahead of me. 3 or 4 kids with backpacks got out of each one. I told the police at the polling station - don’t know what happened after that.
I was out to dinner last night, and four guys sitting nearby were bragging to each other how they got NH license plates and driver’s licenses even though they lived in MA (taxes and insurance are much lower on MVs in NH, this may have had nothing to do with voting).
So, although it’s not easy to claim NH residency if you live in MA, it’s not impossible, either. This may be especially true for students who live in MA and attend college in NH. When you look at election maps, the college towns are deep, deep blue - which may be just because of what college has become, and again, might not affect voting.
BUT, since Trump lost by 1200 votes, and Ayotte lost by 750 or so, the above anecdotes illustrate that fraud might well have affected the outcome.

Perhaps not in N.H., but if anyone can just show up and vote in large metropolitan areas (in California, for example), it could certainly be on a large scale.
