Ted Cruz on Wednesday called Democrats "the party of the Ku Klux Klan," slamming senators in the minority as "foaming at the mouth" for stalling confirmation of President Donald Trump's Cabinet nominees.
The Texas GOP senator sounded off against Democrats after Elizabeth Warren was formally silenced on a party-line vote for reading a 1986 letter by Coretta Scott King that criticized attorney general nominee Sen. Jeff Sessions' civil rights record.
The "most racist" southerners "who imposed segregation, who imposed Jim Crow laws, who founded the Klan" were Democrats, Cruz charged in an interview with Fox News. "The Klan was founded by great many Democrats and now the Democrats just accuse anyone they disagree with of being a racist."
Cruz followed by excoriating Democrats' "false smear of Jeff Sessions," the Alabama Republican whom Cruz said would "make an extraordinary AG" after his expected confirmation on Wednesday night.
"The Democrats are angry and they're out of their minds," Cruz said, adding that Democratic senators are "objecting to every single thing – they're boycotting committee meetings, they're refusing to show up. They're just foaming at the mouth practically. And really you know where their anger is directed, it's not at Republicans – their anger is directed at the American people."
And slave owners, but you can’t find many blacks who acknowledge that.
Democrats are so slimy, methinks even the Klan would reject them.
Last week Tucker Carlson was interviewing a Black Panthers founder. It was amazing hearing the Black Panther blasting Democrats for being racist and holding down black Americans. He accused Democrats of wanting to keep slavery, of Jim Crow laws, of the KKK, and went on and on. He said blacks were fools to vote Democrat. Tucker Carlson didn’t interrupt, and thanked him for setting the record straight!

Charged? Politico uses the term “charged” as if it’s not historical fact.
If the so called racist southerners suddenly voted demoNcrat again, we would not longer hear about racist southerners.

Cruz took on Bernie in national television over health care. Now this. Is he piling on or is he up to something else? I have to admire him for the way he’s following Trump into battle.
The democrats fear Jeff Sessions. Jeff Sessions will go after criminals regardless of race, creed or political affiliation. The democrats fear of Jeff Sessions is well founded. They fear an honest attorney general with good cause. They are in danger as any other criminal is in danger.

Democrats are the party of “The Hood,” keeping Blacks living in poor conditions with their decades of welfare (New Deal, Great Society) in exchange for votes. Democrats don’t care about having Blacks improve themselves because if they do they wise up and no longer vote for the “D” candidates. Obama has proven this by his inaction to help Blacks. In fact, every major city run by Liberals is a minority mess.

He started every done right with Trump, including the wife fit, and then complained because Trump smash mouthed him right square in the jaw and had the nerve to beat him like a drum fair and square.
This climber has an election in Texas coming up. We will suffer more of this constant horn blowing of his, as it nears.
The Republican obsession with "setting the record straight" about the KKK, racism, Jim Crown, slavery, and EVERYTHING else .........

Silly and naive conservatives love to tout all the civil rights for Blacks they championed from the mid 1800s until the Eisenhower era.
Then the Democrats gave them welfare in the 60s and they never looked back.
Stop being obsessed with trying to increase the vote by a few percentage points for 12% of the population, which only alienates your own damn base.
