Skip the recess appointment route. I’d issue EOs to terminate DofEducation and DofEnergy as cabinet positions and several others (but, I’d start with these because they are contentious).

I’d keep DeVos and Perry in DC as paid “advisors”, corralled by Advisor Kushner, The Son-in-Law.

Let Schumer deal with the wailing and gnashing of teeth from the long-time employees of both departments who will be losing their employment.

I disagree with forced term limits. We already have term "limits" It's called elections.

I do not want a law telling me who I cannot vote for.

Lets say politician "A" is moral, just , and a true conservative servant to their constituency.

Candidate "B" is a total sellout.

"A" has served their "Limit" "B" is now our only "choice"

Think very long and hard about making new laws that restrict liberty.

I don’t think this is the hill to die on. McConnell delivered a big payday by refusing to hold hearings on Scalia’s replacement. Letting the Dems take the weekend off is not the end of the world.

I am sorry to respectfully disagree with you...100%. No one should have a legislator as a life long career. “Familarity Breeds Only Contempt”. Our government was set up and founded to be ruled by citizen politicians that would rotate these positions!!! When I look at the mummies in both the Democrat & Republican caucuses (especially, the corrupt aged Dmocrat Party,..I want to vomit on the floor!!! John McCain for one, Maxine Waters for another!!! I agree the entrenched life long political elites are a cancer to our republic.

I just strongly believe in liberty and do not wish to see an end all be all law that punishes the good with the bad. Especially when we have the tools to fix the issue already in place.

But for motivation and action the terms are all ready limited in our founding documents.

In our state I am supporting the Registration by Party movement. This would stop the democrats from influencing the selection of our republican nominees.
