Former President Jimmy Carter is taking on a more public role in Hillary Clinton’s campaign for the White House.

Clinton supporters across the country this morning were greeted by an email from the former Georgia governor asking them to pitch in to help elect Clinton in November. And Carter wrote that he had a personal reason for asking:

“During my 1976 presidential run, a young woman moved to Indianapolis to help turn out the Indiana vote for me. Forty years later, I will proudly cast my vote for that same woman to be the next President of the United States.”

Carter’s ask was small. He implored each supporter to donate $8 to help Clinton meet a $10 million goal before the next campaign finance reporting period ends Wednesday night....

She must’ve done a bang up job considering Ford won Indiana.

That's one endorsement that I would have begged Jimmah *not* to make.

I’m 70 yrs. old. Carter was a disaster; a different disaster
than Obama - but a disaster nevertheless. When his reign of
disaster was ending; I voted for REAGAN and have NEVER looked back. NEVER!!

A shining city on a hill; OR DETROIT? -

During my 1976 presidential run, a young woman moved to Indianapolis ...

= = = = = = = = = = =

So this carpet bagging is nothing new to hiLIARy huh?

Lets see...she born 1947
married 1975 and in 75 was defending the child rapist(another one)and in 1976 WJC was running for AG of Arkansas.......

So,,, while wee willie was cavorting in Arkansas, his bride moved to Indianapolis to ‘help’ Carter..

About as believable as her being named for a pharmacy clerk, joining the Marines, being under gunfire, being the smartest woman on earth and scores of other BS that comes out of this camp.

Of course where these liberal mfers get ahead, most people are not cynical, anal types like myself and do NOT believe every bit of horse apples and male cow pies they put out.

I will ‘never forgive’ Adm Rickover as when JC was campaigning etc one would almost believe that jimmah sat at Rickovers elbow and was instrumental in all of Rickovers accomplishments.

AFTER the election the ADM said the new prez was FOS - but I do realize (if not really at the time) that Rickover couldn’t really campaign against him.....

Ya, that struck me too, that Jimmy didn’t win Indiana.

I never heard that story before. Who knew Hillary worked on Jimmy’s campaign???

And by that time, Hillary was married to Bill. You mean that she left Bill alone, and went to Indiana to work on carter’s campaign????

Hearing this, I see how they set a pattern in their marriage, of living separate lives.

And Bill was not lonely back in Arkansas while HIllary toiled for the Jimmy Carter campaign.
