Clinton was reportedly 'Cooperative" today as 3 FBI Agents grilled her for 3 hours.
Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton met agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigations on Saturday. When investigators meet with the "target defendant," it generally means their investigation is swiftly coming to a conclusion, legal experts say.
The investigators now know what the questions are, and depending on Mrs. Clinton's responses, will recommend to the Department of Justice whether or not charges are appropriate. In other words, they want to question the Defendant, while of course video-taping her, to see how she might look to a jury.
After her now infamous meeting with former President Bill Clinton at Sky Harbor tarmac on Thursday, Attorney General Loretta Lynch said that she would accept whatever the FBI agents working on the case decided. In other words, she'll file charges if the FBI wants to proceed, and not file charges if they advise her to instead just close the file. So it's OK that she met with the FBI target's husband--she's not the decision maker. And besides, no ethical rule forbids it.
So where do we go from here? Mrs. Clinton will probably have to appear in Federal Court and plead Not Guilty at an arraignment. At that time, her attorneys and Justice Dept. attorneys might discuss resolution of the matter. In fact, they may have already agreed to a plea arrangement, which may be put on the record the afternoon of the morning Clinton is arraigned.
The Justice Department's goal is to complete the investigation and make recommendations on whether charges should be filed before the two major party conventions take place toward the latter half of July, sources said....

If they expect no charges why meet? Meeting followed by non-indictment destroys the credibility of the non-indictment.
They tried to keep their meeting secret. They got caught.
Clinton will be indicted. Lynch needs to resign.
Here’s my guess, worth the same as anyone else’s:
She won’t skate. That would risk a Saturday Night Massacre or Comey resignation.
She won’t get indicted and tried.
There will be a deal. Hillary will plead to something she can slough off. Underlings will be sacrificed.
The Lynch/Bill meeting was to iron out the details.
I have to say this article makes sense. I would have bet money no charges would be recommended but maybe they are going to try to treat it like a traffic ticket and hope everybody just forgets about it.
Even so Trump can still point to Hillary and say see she’s crooked. Crooked Hillary.

Clinton wont be indicted..this is the Clintons we are talking about here, they have been getting away with murder for 30+ years..I think the whole point to the “Meeting” was just Bill Clinton getting reassurance that no charges will be filed. The Clintons have the goods on Lynch too, even though Lynch is Obama’s puppet and does whatever he tells her to do the Clintons always get the goods on everyone, enemies and non enemies just in case they need it

No but given what we know and who is in charge one can make educated, informed guesses. And defend them.
Any newspaper that quotes Wikipedia is suspect. They fail to point out that Hillary confirmed publically that she failed “to take care” of public documents, and she even said, “Sorry about that.”. This is a textbook violation of the Public Records Act of 1950 and numerous CFRs and other laws and rules. This instantly makes her ineligible to hold public office....no intent needs to be proven, and no motive need be considered.
Was hoping her heart would blow during her questioning.
Is this now the responsibility of the House of Rep. to inform her that she can not continue her run for the Presidency?
We will not see her behind bars but, undoubtedly, in front of many of the most exclusive ones in the world.
She has to be charged and convicted of that law, but I would ask Paul Ryan to weigh in....and he’ll roll over like he did on other issues.

I have been predicting for months that the evidence is too great to not indict...but since nobody wants to indict a clinton crime syndicate capo like Hillary...she will plead guilty to some puny misdemeanor charge of mishandling classified material the the spinning will begin saying it was a big nothing and she only did it to put ut all behind her and let the country move on......and for the children....etc....media will give her a pass.
