Obama has enacted it anyway, illegally. DACA, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.
The states sued to stop his next illegal amnesty for illegal aliens, DAPA, Deferred Action for Parents of “Americans”.
If we had an opposition party they would have sued to stop DACA, but the Reublicans did not want it stopped.
All of the illegal aliens given work permits and green cards are still illegal aliens, he has simply deferred prosecution.
The next President CAN deport them.
Do NOT need new laws to deport illegals. It is already in the books. The POTUS is the chief law enforcer and therefore can legally deport all illegals.
