He could easily borrow a billion and pay it back in two or three years from his income.
His properties are prime, would be a shame to sell one.
Even though he is very rich it’s not right that he foot the bill entirely on his own.
There must be other options....
How about shares on one of them.....
Or he could bundle a couple of locations and sell off some stock.
In any case he is so well organized probably knows where every 2X4, brick, tile and nail went....could sell options on the bricks.
