Right....
>>Yes, the abortion fight is a con game. The conservatism of free trade is another con too.
That is the inconvenient truth, isn’t it?
Cruz is not establishment. He’s taken part in many bills, one of which SESSIONS said stopped gun control.
he is not thinking clearly AT ALL.
he is young and too eager to win when ‘24 he’ll still be young.
i’m 47. he’s 45? still irrational at that age and he shouldn’t be.
he didn’t see the big picture.
Whether he wanted or not, Donald is in it and doing very well.
Christie played this MUCH more Shrewd. He was always shrewd. NJ politics being what they are.
and there’s NO DOUBT Christie hurt Rubio badly in that debate
he’s Trump’s Luca Brasi.
and if you have to ask, don’t. :)
Cruz campaign now has more Bushes than a garden center.
This does look awful for Ted Cruz. Adding a Bush brother to his campaign staff. Being summoned for an “audience” with Jebbie Bush along with Marco Rubio and John Kasich. One can almost picture Cruz standing submissively before his establishment masters, hat in hand, awaiting orders.
Meanwhile Donald Trumps bows before nobody and takes his own path, beholden to no one.
Do any of the Cruz supporters think that leaguing with the Bushes is a good idea?
Ted Cruz chose to take the “outsider” path because the Bush people couldn’t stand his abrasive personality and his hunger for power, and they didn’t give him the assignments that he thought he deserved.
Now he’s trying get slither back into the GO-PEE because he realizes that’s the only path open for him that could get him into the White House, and he’s going to have to make unfortunate deals to make that happen.
Like they did to Reagan, who got stuck with globalist Daddy Bush, Cruz will get stuck with Jeb or Marco as his running mate. But he doesn’t have Reagan’s charm and widespread appeal, and that will doom his candidacy.
And if those deals don’t get him a first-ballot victory, he could even end up as Romney’s running mate. Cruz would probably jump on the opportunity.
I hope he shares his winning strategy with all of them.
This. Delivering the convention strategery heh heh heh.
