Read it again. He is decrying violence. These Trump people may hate Sikhs, because of their fighting Muslims, but in this country we are still free to oppose Muslims, no matter how much you disagree.

I guess wearing a red turban, or anything else won't buy you a pass to use Mr. Trumps time for your protest.
Seriously, if I attend a rally for someone, I didn't go there to stand next to some asshat with an agenda...

Sikhs are interesting. Thereâs one family in my town. Weâre not friends, but always say âHelloâ to each other. He makes his wife walk ten steps behind him! Maybe thatâs more tribal than religious?I would say definitely tribal or a personal matter - maybe it keeps him out of earshot :-).
Sikhs have a religious obligation to treat women as equals.

Thanks! I always wondered. He’s a friendly guy.

You need to slowly read his post.
“What cowards these Trumpettes are. The “protester” made it out and could still walk, no red blood of his own to match the turban.
Sickening. “
He was calling Trump supporters cowards for not being violent with protester. You are wrong.

Maybe I misunderstood. I thought he was calling them cowards for attacking this man, but it was fortunate there was no blood drawn. If it’s what you say, that is sickening.

The protesters were seated on Sunday in the balcony of a high school auditorium and had unfurled a banner that read "STOP HATE" at the rally. Trump had been talking about the dangers of radical Islamic terrorism when the disruption occurred. ?
Congrats, you just made an ass out of your self.

No, I can just see through politicians B.S. The fact that Trump thinks Christians and Jews are taunting Muslims is more than enough info.

The fact that Trump thinks Christians and Jews are taunting Muslims is more than enough info. You have a source for that?
You're twisted.

There is where Ted swore an oath not to kick out anyone wearing head gear.

Most Muslim men do not wear turbans. Those look maybe like Pashtun turbans, probably donned in order to stand out.

I don’t see a Bible in that swearing-in pic. Just how far are they going with that Marxist atheist thing anyway?

Thanks for the civil reply. Wish everyone would try hard to not attack.

Well maybe they can go to a Cruz rally and everyone there can bash their heads in, and roll around in the blood.
To: nickcarraway
The disrupter was thrown out because he was DISRUPTING, not because he was wearing a turban. ALL disrupters are thrown regardless if they are evangelical Christians, Catholics, Muslims, Hindu's, Buddhists, Jews or any other religion. No one is asked what their religion is while being thrown out.

If I were talking about islamic terrorism and someone unfurled a banner which said ‘stop the hate’ I would consider that a message of support.

I just saw the video of that red turban being ejected.
That person’s beard did not look like a typical Sikh’s beard. It was closer to a Muslim beard. I grew up with Sikh friends. 2 of my best friends in college were Sikhs.

It’s my understanding that hand-made signs are not permitted at Trump rallies. That may have been the real reason he was evicted. They make this clear at every rally, so, he didn’t obey the rules.

Did they denounce the genocide of Christians committed by Islam? If not, I guess they really love hate. Hypocrites!

I’ve known sikh’s also - I just don’t have patience to watch video on the internet:)
