Remember what Orrin Grant Hatch said in the summer of 1998? He went on a talk show to “beg” Mr. Bill to “come clean” about Monica Lewinsky. It was a disgusting Hatch appearance; virtually all of his appearances since have been sell-outs. In fact, hardly anyone is a bigger sell-out than Orrin Grant Hatch.
