Try banning anything that is not listed as a constitutional right and the left will scream at the top of their lungs about this or that...if it is an act, they will cry “due process” and “equal protection”....if it is an item, they will go on and on about the defeat of prohibition. But let the item be about GUNS and everything is different. That is the one item actually mentioned in the Constitution as a protected right to own.
