OK so understanding that the writer is also part of the establishment or at best a - wanna-be, if Rubio is getting Walker/Bush money people (then that tells me Walker was establishment-life and Rubio is Bush Jr.)

Cruz does have the money to stay in for the long haul but I'm much less sure Trump will fade and Carson has much more than "name recognition," he has credibility, something that Rubio has NOT!
