Trump only goes third party if the RNC screws him and us and nominates ¡Yeb!
In a three way Trmp-Hillary-¡Yeb! race, Trump only loses if GOP voters are suicidally stupid.
In the meantime he spends his time trashing all the other Republican candidates. Ronald Reagan's 11th commandment was "Thou shalt not speak ill of another Republican." Trump's is "Thou shall not say anything good of another Republican." That goes for Republicans who are not even running, like George W. Bush.
Trump is doing the Democrats' dirty work.
There are enough blind-voting-republicrats to insure a Hillary win if Trump goes third party. That would be due to those folks who vote Republican regardless of the candidate(s), the issues, or proposed solutions.
The squishy middle is the heart of the election, and there is simply not enough of them to make a third party candidate viable, at this time.
That being said...I’ll still not cast a prophylactic ballot. I will vote for the candidate who best represents my conservative views. That won’t be HRC. It won’t be Jeb Bush, and it won’t likely be Trump (check out his nationalized health care remarks). I’m still leaning toward Ted Cruz.
