Do you even know what website you’re referencing, Comrade? Or do you even care? My Lord! You want to impugn Ted and Heidi Cruz from this source?!

boy i feel bad but these kinds of deals make tons of work for investment bank presentations workers like me. People sometimes forget that investment banks have millions and millions working for them and treat the workers pretty well. i know, i’m gonna get killed now. I do care about the working class though. I consider myself one of them.
FWIW the Goldman Sachs list was compiled from this site:
Here is the list compiled by nachumlist:

I didn’t impugn anyone. I made two points, (one a question) that you aren’t addressing. I didn’t reference any website. So why ping me?
If you're going to engage in name-calling with inflammatory terms such as "comrade", you should probably address your reply solely the poster(s) who you're actually targeting, because I've never visited that site, and I don't appreciate being called "comrade" by somebody who I've been in agreement with on the overwhelming majority of issues.
So settle down, please...
And on the Treaty Clause thread, someone on your side of the debate just referenced an fas.org PDF. Should be an interesting week. Good nite.
I think I got on this list in error.
I hate when bankers are abused.
I was one.
Could you please remove my name from this.
Thanks for all you do.
There may also be a much bigger objective behind these smear campaigns — destruction of Free Republic and any other conservative entities. Instead of backing a conservative candidate and working for his nomination and election, we are expending valuable time and effort fighting among ourselves. All this fighting will tear us apart. And we could end up with Bernie Sanders in the White House. Is this what we want?
It's time for us to stop fighting and get busy with the task of taking back this once great country from the liberal socialists who have turned the US into a third world banana republic. Burt, and the rest of the anti-Cruz crowd: You've made your point, so knock off the anti-Cruz rhetoric, go vote for the candidate of your choice and leave the Cruz supporters alone.
One of Stalin’s boys are you? I am no one’s Comrade. Ad hominem is a classic fallacy. Just refute the facts. Was she or wasn’t she?
“Do you even know what website youre referencing, Comrade? Or do you even care? My Lord! You want to impugn Ted and Heidi Cruz from this source?!”
I’m not sure what this is about. My comments weren’t impugning anyone, just stating that opinions on Harvard, lawyers and Goldman differ, and that’s human nature. Goldman is probably loaded with Obama (and others) cronies, lawyers, and Harvard alums and that is why and how they were handed billions of taxpayer bailout dollars and Fed welfare\. I’ve seen claims they had inside info on AIG. Most of us FRiends are plebs with an opinion and forced to co-sign the debt that our elites get from China.
Hey, I didn’t impugn anyone except for Republican leadership and Obama.
My contention is that these agreements can be put off until we have a new POTUS. Simple as that.
The idea that Cruz would support this nonsense makes me a bit hesitant about my support for him. He is conservative and a damn sight smarter than myself, but that doesn’t mean he is correct on this issue or in the timing of this non vital agreement. He especially should know that Obama can not be trusted and that a delay in a decades long negotiation will hardly be the catalyst for or against economic ruin.
Six years in the works means sixteen more months won’t hurt one bit.
Besides, when has a trade agreement really helped the working members of our country? When has it lowered and not increased our trade deficit? When has it increased our manufacturing employment?
How about never on all counts!
We can wait.
Besides just because an article is in a Leftist site does not diminish the facts they report. It may be slanted, but the list of people that work in the White House who are former and future employees at Goldman is hard to dispute. Either it is truthful or it is not.
The fact is that Goldman Sachs has always had a much too cozy relationship with the Federal Government and has way too much sway over the policies of this and every other recent administration, often to the benefit of Goldman Sachs’ bottom line and the detriment of the American workforce. Believe it or not they are not the same thing and can and are often at odds with one another.
Ted has impugned himself I havent. And I would leave his wife out of it.
I liked Ted Cruz, but like many others here at FRP, I was gravely disappointed with his co-authorship, with Rep. Paul Ryan, of the Op-Ed piece in the WSJ supporting TPA. Since when is a treaty not subject to 2/3rd approval by Senate? And for Cruz to acquiesce to Ryan’s agenda of secrecy as in “pass it first, then we’ll tell you what’s in it” is beyond disappointing for such a bright conservative star.
