TPA, TAA, TPP, TED CRUZ, JEFF SESSIONS AND YOU

STOP FIGHTING AGAINST PATRIOTS.

TPA, TAA, TPP, TED CRUZ, JEFF SESSIONS AND YOU

There is a lot of confusion about these acronyms; about what Jeff Sessions believed and what Ted Cruz voted for. But I hope you are able to see when I finish, why we should be careful in fighting our own about every thing we hear. Sometimes they will even differ in their understanding. I was ignorant about it up until a week or two ago, when I looked into the matter carefully.

First of all not one person up there understands more about international rulings and how they could affect US law. Here is why. Ted Cruz does. Cruz not only gave oral arguments in a most famous Heller case where he defended the 2nd amendment before the Supreme Court and won. There was a case that could be just as important. He fought the Medelin v Texas case as he explains in this video. It is the DEFINITIVE CASE against the UNITED NATIONS, The BUSH administration and the World Court in the Supreme Court of the USA and won. That ruling against all the above agreed with him, that no ruling or litigation of any international body changes or alters US law. They have no authority whatsoever in the USA. So he above all up in Washington, knows what he is saying. Now let’s look at the real issue....

You won’t be ceding U.S. Sovereignty with TPA, since it expressly precludes any infringement on sovereignty and our Laws.

Is one a Cruz hater because one disagrees with him on Obamatrade?
I disagree with him on this issue. However, I am not a Cruz hater.

I am a secrecy hater.

Why would I trust Obama and GOP leadership on ANYTHING?

So you trust an Australian-based anarchist website over Senator Ted Cruz? That’s just an amazing admission on your part. How much did you contribute to PFC Bradley “Chelsea” Manning’s legal defense/sex change operation fund?

I think these haters have a reading/comprehension problem. They do not want to understand. They are wrapped up in “I am so smart you can’t tell me anything me saying it makes it true” like snot nosed 16 years who know ALL about ALL.
Driving me crazy, I am gonna just avoid FR for a while. BTW, good looking black guy. Love to see black conservatives doing their thing.

My position is crystal clear.

We do not need any more free trade agreements that the Obama Administration is negotiating. We do not need a law that is 800 pages and passed secretly where not even the people voting on it can read it. Also we simply need to know no more than the fact that Obama wants it, so it is either self serving, bad for the country or both and we certainly should not be giving him any victories.

When I joined the Army delayed entry program as a high school junior Jimmy Carter was the president. Should I have waited?

Article discussed treaty / trade agreement legislative Process, and why the US needs to address trade with Pacific partners.
Author does not discuss the high secrecy of TPP terms.
Outrage expressed here in opposition of TPP / TPA has to do with the aggregious Content discovered within agreements that will have an adverse affect on our nation’s jobs, economy, sovereignty and consumer safety.
Cruz and fellow republicans are compromised fools to champion trade agreements that are now ill-perceived and will likely prove to have a bad impact on our middle-class.
But that seems to be part of the plan...

Yes, after lowering the number of votes needed for passage. By then it’s too late and that is why it is done that way. I still support Cruz but making the TPA about Cruz only hurts him. This free trde agreement isn’t just about trade and it’s sure not about freedom.

Ummm, we don't have rulers, we have Presidents... and your guesses as to the implications of a wiki-leaks article, and your suppositions of a wife's employer's possible (or imaginary) influences make a rather poor basis for an argument.

Ted Cruz did not make the bill "secret", and voting for or against what is in it is his job. He did his job. From the summary above, his vote may very well be a vote for making things MORE open and public, not less. This is not an argument against his qualifications.

As for H1B visas, if it is a part of a plan that ends illegal immigration, and makes every visitor follow the laws, then it is certainly a good idea. 300,000 per year following the laws is far better 13 million per year who are not following the law.

In my estimation, he is still by far the best choice for reversing the wrongs that the Left has done over the past decade. Walker is second... Carson is great, but idiot voters won't vote for someone who isn't a politician... the rest of the GOP candidates simply are not likely to reverse the damage as quickly and firmly as is needed.

We’ve been doing fast track trade agreements since Franklin Roosevelt was the president. Are you old enough to remember that administration, because I’m not. President Eisenhower was in his last year when I was born. You?

H-1b increase to 380K per year will ruin me and my family and a lot of my friends.

“You won’t be ceding U.S. Sovereignty with TPA, since it expressly precludes any infringement on sovereignty and our Laws.”

And you know this with TPP? How many trade agreements have we had and how many have made a America a free-er and more secure country - economically, our borders, self sufficiency, etc?

Goldman Sachs gets rich not America. They and others would have been bankrupt but for the taxpayer debt and bailouts and Fed....that gave them liquidity. When your average local business has insufficient liquidity they go belly up. I’m tired of seeing Wall St get rich by selling out America.

That bill requires a publishing of the Trade agreements for 60 days before they can come up for vote.

And you actually believe that Obama, McConnell, and Boehner will honor that?

Delusional.

I’ve always liked you and your posts here at FR 2nd;

But because we disagree on the ‘infallibility’ of Ted Cruz, and his support for ‘Obamatrade’, you now stoop to personal insults and claiming things about me that could be proven to be ludicrous by a short search of my history at FR.

If the documents that wikileaks has posted are just lies, then how about 0bama and his minions release the true ones.

I’ll gladly eat my words if the actual documents are all about ‘free trade’ and not subjigation of U.S. Sovereignty for the short-term sake of stuffing Wall Street pockets and giving 0bama and his globalist friends more power over us.

Anyone have even one previous issue that they agreed with Obama on?

Think one kept in secret should be the first?
