TPA, TAA, TPP, TED CRUZ, JEFF SESSIONS AND YOU

STOP FIGHTING AGAINST PATRIOTS.

TPA, TAA, TPP, TED CRUZ, JEFF SESSIONS AND YOU

There is a lot of confusion about these acronyms; about what Jeff Sessions believed and what Ted Cruz voted for. But I hope you are able to see when I finish, why we should be careful in fighting our own about every thing we hear. Sometimes they will even differ in their understanding. I was ignorant about it up until a week or two ago, when I looked into the matter carefully.

First of all not one person up there understands more about international rulings and how they could affect US law. Here is why. Ted Cruz does. Cruz not only gave oral arguments in a most famous Heller case where he defended the 2nd amendment before the Supreme Court and won. There was a case that could be just as important. He fought the Medelin v Texas case as he explains in this video. It is the DEFINITIVE CASE against the UNITED NATIONS, The BUSH administration and the World Court in the Supreme Court of the USA and won. That ruling against all the above agreed with him, that no ruling or litigation of any international body changes or alters US law. They have no authority whatsoever in the USA. So he above all up in Washington, knows what he is saying. Now let’s look at the real issue....

I am a secrecy hater.

So is Cruz, and he is absolutely right.

But even if TPP were posted on the web, it could still be changed between now and when it is finalized. The time to decide whether it should pass is after it's finalized. What Cruz voted for was to let that process take place.

Being ex media, I know well the thrill of looking down my nose at lower life forms. Never be ashamed of your superiority. Lets face it. They are too stupid to know their place on the ladder to begin with. Just pretend your the (spit) common man and they give you anything you want. We learned that day 1. Standard media whore training. ;)

Wanna know the scary part? I worked with more than a few people in media that actually believe and live their life like that. Professionally and off the clock.

We joke about it on FR and even believe it with the high level MSM types. But it permeates all strata down to the blog level. They are almost to the man/woman, little Hitlers waiting for their chance to rule.

That’s scary. The only real tyrants I had to deal with were the female Russian investment bankers. They could get nasty.

I was once a supervisor of over 50 people through a 12 hour shift. The power felt great lol and I used to give the worst jobs to the liberals :) but I got burned out after a few years. Went back to being the grunt.

What did you do in media? It sounds really interesting.

THEN WHY DOES THE LEFT-WING OF HIS PARTY NOT WANT IT?!

Duh!

Because it's a free trade pact, and the union thugs are protectionist morons!

Senior Ed for Off-Road.com back in it’s heyday. Actual 7 figure monthly readership. I then ended up at a regional paper publishing group. Covered AZ, NV and SoCal. Local/regional reporting/editing and page layout at different times. I moved away from the editorial side and into production as I just could not deal with it anymore. Too much PC BS.

At 3 minutes and 5 seconds and 5 minutes and 5 (more or less on the time) Ted Cruz justifies this by saying historically nothing would pass. Which is absolutely false. Cruz is implying we have had 0 treaties, 0 trade agreements and agreements since FDR. That is not true. We have had plenty as we all know. The MOST IMPORTANT PART is that we NEVER HAD TO LOWER THE VOTING STANDARD IN THE PAST. That has been in place for over 200 years.

So tell us, oh Enlightened Constitutional scholar, what was the vote on NAFTA?

Were there 67 votes in the Senate, as the Constitution requires to ratify a treaty?

Was NAFTA a treaty? Or was it simply an agreement?

What was the vote in the House?

Should the House be involved in treaties or agreements that potentially involve tariffs?

Perhaps you need to re-listen to Professor Cruz's intense explanation.

I think I got on this list in error.
I hate when bankers are abused.
I was one.

Could you please remove my name from this.
Thanks for all you do.

I'm so tired of all this contention. If people don't like a certain candidate, fine. Vote for someone else. But I have to question the motives of those who come onto a conservative website to spread misinformation, rumors and out-and-out lies about a candidate. There is a concerted, well organized effort to discredit Republican candidates. Liberals in both parties fear a conservative presidency, so they are out to destroy Ted Cruz and others with any conservative tendencies.

There may also be a much bigger objective behind these smear campaigns — destruction of Free Republic and any other conservative entities. Instead of backing a conservative candidate and working for his nomination and election, we are expending valuable time and effort fighting among ourselves. All this fighting will tear us apart. And we could end up with Bernie Sanders in the White House. Is this what we want?

It's time for us to stop fighting and get busy with the task of taking back this once great country from the liberal socialists who have turned the US into a third world banana republic. Burt, and the rest of the anti-Cruz crowd: You've made your point, so knock off the anti-Cruz rhetoric, go vote for the candidate of your choice and leave the Cruz supporters alone.

“I was addressing ncalburt and CC’d several people, including you guys, to show you the depths to which this clique will go to attack Ted & Heidi Cruz”

Don’t try to smear me with your damn pings; I’m not responsible for other peoples’ posts. I don’t belong to any “clique”. Get over your paranoia. Some people can honestly see things differently and I don’t accept that what you or anyone else believes is the default position for all truth. My outrage for Cruz stems from my formerly pronounced support for him. I have very closely watched the impact of free trade agreements and immigration on this country for many years and who is behind it (they are called Republican elites on this site). Cruz was supposed to be different. He is not. I don’t have to get angry with Rubio; I always knew what he was.

Why does Obama want it so much? Why do I find myself on the same side as Pelosi? I feel like I’m bathing with maggots.

Those FReepers who support Cruz and Obama and Ryan on this,
confuse ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY, and CONSISTENCY
with an “attack”. There has only been an attack
on the US Constitution, as Cruz’s karma
has run over his dogma.

"I remember tons of Romney bashing last time around (including plenty by me), but I and most others still (grudgingly) pulled the lever for him in the general."

The problem was that Romney lost, and we got four more years of Obama. The damage he is doing to the military, the Middle East, Israel, the economy, the middle class, and the whole US is nearly catastrophic. The ignorant haters need to be challenged and refuted so that the conservative vote isn't suppressed this time around.
